Biotech field has a lot of opportunities from job point of views bcoz it is such type of which canbe applied in any area like pharmaceuticals, dairy, food and processing,etc.

I think NIT and BITS both are better options for biotech if you are trying to do biotech from engeneering aspect means if u hv engeneering background

  If she is interested in Biotech, instead of going for a private college I think you should consider NIT Raipur only. Also, if she is looking for higher studies abroad in the same field NIT will be an added advantage rather than a private college.
